宣誓供述書の書き方について（３）：欧州
前回は米国用の宣誓供述書の書式の例を示しましたが、これを欧州特許出願用（たとえば欧州における異議申立手続きなど）の宣誓供述書に変える場合は、基本的には、下記のように若干書式を変更するだけです。
１）まず、冒頭部分をたとえば以下のように欧州出願の詳細に改めます。

２）また、米国用の宣誓供述書の書式の署名部分の直前の段落を、たとえば、以下のようにします。
